Colorful Flint Ridge Side Notch that was broken then used - This Colorful piece was broken, then used briefly as a hafted scraper.  You can feel the use wear on the edge where it was broken.  They already had the basic shape of a hafted scraper from the fold-through break and you can see some fine micro work where they touched up the edge.  Found in Bourbon County, KY.  Neat piece, displays well.  Ex- Phil Foley, Ex- M. Description: Fossilifferous Chert Pontchartrain Type 1 - This nice stemmed point was found in Bourbon County, KY in 2013.  It has a tiny ancient burin on one side of the tip.  It is made of a fossilifferous Chert that is most likely Boyle.  Some might call it an Adena, and it would display well in an Adena Frame but because of the flaking and one shoulder being slightly higher than the other I am typing it as a Pontchartrain Type I.  It has nice symmetry and flaking.  Ex- M.
