Description: Very Colorful Caracara - This fine Caracara was found by Robert L. Stathem in Central Texas.  It is well shaped, thin and has lots of color.  It has one ear anciently dinged that kept it from being a grade higher.  This piece is from the collection of John & Robert Stathem of Shreveport, Louisiana.  Robert and his father John hunted artifacts in Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Oklahoma.  It comes with a Tom Davis COA grading it a G-9.  Ex- Robert Stathem Collection, Ex- Monty & Jewdy Pennington

Description: Caracara - From Collection of Boyce Yates of Mayfield, KY who traded a coin and stamp collection for an artifact collection at Hoskins Coin Shop in Paducah, KY in the early 1960's.  He framed the collection sometime around 1963 and they hung in his home until March 2017.
