Description: Super Coshocton Drill -
This fine drill is made of Upper Mercer Chert ( Coshocton ) It
was found in Delaware County, Ohio. It comes with a Greg
Perino COA dated 5/19/2001. John Duncan had sent this
drill to Gregory Perino to paper. Perino calls it a
Dalton Drill form and says that it "was a large knife that was
re-sharpened until it became too squared off for effective cutting"
at which point the use of such pieces becomes effective as a drill.
This Fine Drill has a nice heritage:

It has a small bit of soft glue on one side that can be easily removed. This piece is pictured in the NEW Overstreet # 11 on page # 111. It comes with a Tom Davis COA grading it a G-10.
