Description: Super Large Boyle Chert Nodena Form -
This Fine example of a Nodena knife measures over 4 1/4 inches in
length. It is made of Fossilifferous Boyle Chert. It was
found in Estill County, Kentucky. It has excellent symmetry.
It is both thin and well flaked. The Nodena typology was used by
the Quapaw Indians. It comes with a Tom Davis COA grading it a
G-10. Ex- Monty & Jewdy Pennington

- Description: Very Nice Large Thin Nodena Arrowpoint - Here is a FINE example of a Nodena "willow leaf" arrow point. It is thin and well made. It has very nice flaking. It is made of a colorful piece of Fossilifferous Boyle Chert. Nodena points are attributed to the Quapaw culture of prehistoric man. It was found by members of the Burgin & Day Families and this collection remained intact until we obtained it.
